About Chloe

I specialise in coaching clients who are in their 20s and 30s who want to achieve a more fulfilling work or personal life, however I also coach clients of all ages and backgrounds.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex, a Master’s degree and an Education Specialist degree in Marriage and Family Counselling from the University of Florida (rated the number two counselling programme in the U.S.A.) and qualifications in training and personal performance coaching.

My career has spanned the private, public and voluntary sectors. I have experience in sales, advertising, counselling, training and project management. I have spent the past 4 years working with parents and young people in lone parent families for a national charity.

I am married and recently moved out of London to live near the sea in Brighton. I enjoy travelling, cycling, dancing, films, music, shopping in Brighton’s markets, good food and socialising. As a person I am naturally positive, caring, friendly, warm and interested in other people and what motivates them.

I find coaching enjoyable, fulfilling, exciting and energising. What I most enjoy is using my qualifications and experience to help others to improve their working and personal lives for the better. At the end of the day, we only have one life so we should all make the most of it!

enjoyment at work makes a huge difference to a person's quality of life
