How Coaching Can Help You
Coaching is a positive, forward looking process that takes the whole person into account – not just one aspect of you. Coaching starts in the here and now and does not focus on dredging up the past. It’s not about giving advice and being told what to do. A coach asks you questions that help you to increase your awareness and identify where you are now, where you want to be and how you are going to get there.
You are the expert on your life, and you are the one in charge. The coaching process will help you to focus. You set goals which are in line with your values and you will achieve them more quickly and easily than you would do on your own.
I see my role as your coach as helping you to:
- Take time out to focus on yourself and what you want.
- Become more aware of what fulfills you and prioritise what is most important to you.
- Increase your awareness of your resources.
- Come up with solutions that will work for you and draw up a realistic plan of how to reach your personal and professional goals.
- Overcome your limiting beliefs and other obstacles.
- Keep on track by continuously encouraging, supporting and challenging you.
I offer:
- A non-judgemental, friendly and informal approach.
- A sounding board from someone who is external to your life and impartial.
- Telephone coaching in the UK and worldwide, fitting in with your timetable and commitments.
- Excellent value for money: the number of sessions you have is up to you.
- A free email service – feel free to email me in between sessions to share your progress and let me know about new developments.
- A free consultation so you can get an idea of whether you feel comfortable talking to me and whether I am the right coach for you.
