Personal Life Coaching

Today, life is becoming more and more fast paced and it is easy to lose our focus on creating the life we really want.

Personal life coaching will give that time and space just for you. Whatever you would like to achieve for yourself, we can work on it together. You may want to increase your confidence, improve your relationship, become more organised, create a better work life balance, get fit, lose weight or improve how you handle certain situations. The subject matter of our coaching is up to you.

Alicia

Alicia was a newly qualified solicitor on a training contract. She was finding it very stressful, this was affecting her sleep and ability to relax when she got home. She was also having trouble with setting firm boundaries with clients. Coaching helped her to think of ways to separate work and her home life and to set boundaries with clients. This helped her to feel more relaxed and after coaching she found the job more fulfilling.

Phil

Phil worked for a blue-chip company, where he had been for 5 years and he lived in the small town where he grew up. He felt comfortable with his life but felt that his lack of confidence stopped him from meeting new people and experiencing new and exciting things. Through coaching, week by week Phil expanded his comfort zone in small gradual steps to the point where he went on a residential trip with work colleagues he did not know. During that weekend he conversed with everyone there. He has also decided to enroll on a public speaking course and has moved to London.
